International   Cooperation

     Zhejiang Sci-Tech University (ZSTU) has established international exchange and cooperation with universities over 10 countries and regions, such as USA, Britain, Australia, Ireland, Germany, Denmark, Russia, Malaysia, Brazil, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc.

    * In September 1993, ZSTU signed Agreement on Friendly Cooperation and Exchange with Faculty of Applied Science and Textiles, Hong Kong Polytechnic University

    * In September 1994, ZSTU signed Agreement on Friendly Cooperation with Maringá University, Paranaá State, Brazil

    * In November 1998, ZSTU signed Agreement on Friendly Cooperation with Taekyeung College, Korea

    * In June 1999, ZSTU signed Agreement on Scientific Cooperation with Compound Material Technology Center at Queen Mary, University of London

    * In March 2000, ZSTU signed Initial Agreement on School-Running Cooperation with Fashion Institute of Technology, State University of New York, and the two universities jointly established Zhejiang International Institute of Fashion Technology College (ZIFT)

    * In April 2000, ZSTU established friendly collaborative relationship with Sugino Fashion College, Japan

    * In November 2000, ZSTU signed Agreement on School-Running Cooperation with Queen Mary, University of London
   
    * In December 2000, ZSTU signed Agreement on Academic Exchange and Cooperation with Fukui University, Japan
   
    * In February 2001, ZSTU signed Memorandum of Understanding with British Columbia Institute of Technology
   
    * In March 2001, ZSTU signed Collaborative Agreement on “1-2-1”Program with Troy State University

    * In November 2001, ZSTU established sister-university relationship and reached Initial Collaborative Agreement with Saga University, Japan

    * In November 2001, ZSTU signed Initial Agreement on Cooperation and Exchange with Sabah Institute of Art, Malaysia

    * In December 2001, ZSTU signed Agreement on Cooperation and Exchange with Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences, Germany

    * In August 2002, ZSTU signed Agreement on Cooperation with Department of Textiles & Clothing, Fu Jen Catholic University, Taiwan

    * In November 2002, ZSTU signed Agreement on Cooperation with Saint-Petersburg Institute for Informatics and Automation of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Base Department of Neuro-informatics and Robotics of the State University of Aerospace Instrumentation, Russia

    * In December 2002, ZSTU established sister-university relationship with Suwon Women’s College, Korea

    * In April 2003, ZSTU established collaborative relationship and sister-university with Kyoto Institute of Technology, Japan

    * In September 2003, ZSTU established collaborative relationship with Deakin University, Australia

    * In December 2003, ZSTU signed Agreement on International Exchange and Cooperation with Engineering College of Copenhagen, Denmark * In September 2004, ZSTU signed Agreement on Cooperation and Exchange with Saga University, Japan

    * In October 2004, ZSTU signed Agreement on Joint Construction of Korean & Chinese Beauty and Arts Education Center with Suwon Women’s College, Korea

    * In November 2004, ZSTU established friendly collaborative relationship with Dublin Institute of Technology, Ireland

    * In December 2004, ZSTU signed Initial Agreement on Cooperation and Exchange with St. Petersburg Fashion University, Russia

    * In March 2005, ZSTU established friendly collaborative relationship with University of Hertfordshire, UK

    * In May 2005, ZSTU began the second-round negotiation on collaboration with Fashion Institute of Technology, State University of New York, USA

    * In January 2006, ZSTU signed Agreement for Academic Cooperation and Exchange with Shinshu University, Japan

    * In March 2006, ZSTU signed an agreement with Suwon Women’s College, Korea on accepting SWC graduates to study relavant bachelor’s programs in ZSTU

    * In May 2006, ZSTU officially signed the second-round collaborative agreements with Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), State University of New York on Joint Operation of Undergraduate Projects in Garment Deign & Engineering Specialty and Art & Design Specialty
